Shipping policy
1,For Southeast Asian countries, we use DAP Terms( free shipping , but NOT responsible for import tariffs,value-added tax,and related miscellaneous fees of the importing country).Also for some small order ,we use DDP, we send the goods by EXPRESS(such as International MES,UPS、Fedex、TNT、DHL etc.).
2,For other region,s there are two ways to check the shipping fee.
A, If the total value over $50,we use CNF Terms, the customers should responsible for shipping fee and import tariffs, value-added tax, and related miscellaneous fees of the importing country .
B, If the total value lower than $50, we use FOB Terms,
et a super low shipping discount on orders totaling over $50. You may want to pick up a few more of your favorite items at checkout.

3, For Fresh-cut-flowers, we default to use EXPRESS,The normal delivery time is within 72 hours. If a customer wants to delay the delivery after placing an order, please confirm with the customer service and they can delay the delivery after negotiation. Any remarks made by the customer regarding the delivery time that are not confirmed will be regarded as invalid. Due to the large number of orders during holidays, delayed delivery is not supported at present. Losses caused by incorrect recipient addresses or contact information due to personal reasons cannot be recovered, and the losses will be borne by the customer themselves.
